About

A small studio thatbuilds both halves.

Most agencies stop at the browser. We keep going — through firmware, onto the board, and back again. That combination is unusual, and it is the reason most of our clients came to us.

The premise

Xtenzium exists because the gap between a good idea and a working product is almost never a design problem or a code problem. It is a handover problem.

Work gets passed between an agency, a contractor, a hardware firm and an internal team, and every handover loses something — context, intent, or a decision nobody wrote down. By the time it ships, the thing that exists is not quite the thing anyone specified.

We built the studio to remove as many of those handovers as possible. One team from the schematic to the interface, small enough that the person you brief is the person who builds it, and disciplined enough to write down why.

What makes us different

We build the
software and the
board it runs on.

What most agencies outsource

  • Schematic and PCB layout
  • Firmware and bootloaders
  • Radio and protocol selection
  • Manufacture and test
One team, one protocol

What we do with it

  • The backend it reports into
  • The dashboard your team uses
  • The update path for the fleet
  • Documentation for all of it

How we work

Four commitments, andwe will hold you to them.

  1. 01

    We learn the business first

Before any code, we map how your team actually operates. The documented process and the real one are rarely the same, and the gap between them is where most projects quietly fail.

  2. 02

    One team, one conversation

No account managers relaying messages. You talk to the people building your project, every time, which is only possible because we stay small on purpose.

  3. 03

    Honest scoping, not upselling

Sometimes the answer is a simple site rather than a platform, or a phase rather than the whole thing. We say so, even when it means a smaller invoice.

  4. 04

    It works after we leave

You own the repositories, the schematics, the credentials and the infrastructure from day one. No hostage code and no mandatory retainer.

The practical bit

Karachi, and mostof our clients are not.

Karachi

Where we are

One studio in Karachi, Sindh. Everything is built here rather than brokered out to whoever is cheapest that month.

UTC+5

When we overlap

Most of the European working day and the morning on the US East Coast. Everything runs in English.

Both

What we build

Software and the hardware underneath it. That combination is unusual for an agency and is the reason most clients pick us.

Questions

About the studio.

How big is the team?

A small senior core, extended with trusted specialists per project. That is a deliberate shape: it is why you talk to the people building your work rather than to an account manager, and we scale up around the core when a project needs it.

Why does an agency do hardware?

Because connected products usually involve two vendors who blame each other. When one team owns the board and the software talking to it, the protocol between them gets designed rather than negotiated — and that is normally what makes the battery last.

Do you work with clients outside Pakistan?

Most of our work is international. Being in Karachi means we overlap several hours with both the European working day and the US-Eastern morning, which covers the majority of our clients.

What does an engagement usually look like?

A free scoping call, then a written scope you keep either way. From there it is a fixed price for tightly-scoped work, phased pricing for larger builds, or a monthly retainer for ongoing capacity.

What if we already have a development team?

Then we work alongside them rather than around them. Often the most useful thing we bring is the part they cannot staff — hardware, a specific integration, or a second opinion on architecture.
