What these cover
This page covers your use of xtenzium.com. It is not a contract for services, and reading a website is not entering one. If we work together, that engagement is governed by a separate written agreement — a scope, a price and terms, signed by both of us. Where the two ever disagree, the signed agreement wins.
The estimator is an estimate
The project estimator returns a range from four questions. It is a starting point for a conversation, deliberately wide, and it is explicitly not a quote and not an offer. Nothing it shows binds either of us. A real number comes after a scoping call, in writing, once we understand what is actually being built.
What is on the site
We try to keep everything here accurate, and case studies describe real projects. Even so, the site is provided as it is: we do not warrant that it is complete, current, or uninterrupted, and technical detail written about one project is not advice for yours.
Figures are labelled with where they come from. A number described as measured was taken after launch; a number described as observed is true by inspecting the thing itself; an estimate is labelled an estimate. We would rather publish a smaller number we can defend than a larger one we cannot.
Ownership
The design, code, written content and generated artwork on this site belong to Xtenzium. You are welcome to read it, link to it, quote it with attribution, and share it. You may not republish it as your own or pass it off as somebody else's work.
Client names, product names and technology marks used across the site belong to their respective owners and appear here to describe work and tools, not to imply endorsement. Where work was delivered under another studio's banner, the site says so and names the contribution rather than implying we owned the project.
Using the site
Please do not:
- submit the forms automatically, at volume, or with details that are not yours;
- attempt to access data, accounts or systems you are not entitled to;
- probe, scan or load-test the site without asking us first — ask, and we will usually say yes and tell you when;
- use anything here to build something unlawful.
The forms carry basic anti-abuse measures. If they turn a genuine enquiry away, email us instead — that is a bug on our side and we would like to know.
Links out
The site links to live client work and to source repositories. Those are other people's sites running under their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for what happens once you leave.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Xtenzium is not liable for loss arising from use of this site or reliance on its content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects the terms of a signed engagement.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes about this site fall to the courts of Karachi. A signed engagement may specify something different, and where it does, it governs that work.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and continuing to use the site after that means the updated version applies.
